Our third annual Safety Smackdown event in San Antonio was a great success. I would like to send out a special thank you to all the Instructors, Speakers, and Volunteers to whom the success of PCAT and Safety Smackdown would not be possible. What makes us unique are our members; an all volunteer force out there every day instructing, running flight departments, maintaining aircraft, serving our country, serving customers, and flying passengers. You are all part of a team that is developed through the common bond of safety. You are at the tip of the spear, gaining experience and knowledge that is passed on through time. PCAT embraces this grass roots initiative in hopes of fostering new leadership for our industry; one voice effecting change.
